TERMINAL 21 - Bangkok

Instead of visiting mini Siam which is located in Pattaya, quite far from Bangkok City this time i decided to visit Terminal 21 Mall. I think its pretty reasonable since I traveled with Mom and Mother in Law who is having difficulty to walk around with feet under the heat of the sun which is lately become very evil.

Short of story, how to get there?
Since I stayed in Silom just under BTS ChongNonSi, I just took this BTS paid for 20 Baht, and went down at ASOK which is directly can take you inside the Mall.
What unique about this mall? this mall has a different interior design that is define each country their represent. What I mean here is the capital of the city? Nice to walk around and to grab some picture right. Let me show you the picture:

Totaly I spent 2hours and grab some drink n snack inside the mall. Also, I bought accesories like earing, bracelet etc. The price is like mall usually, not really cheap compare other Bangkok market/mall, but what they can give is actually the ambience of sightseeing around the country and its inside the mall so not Hot at all like in "mini siam". My favorite city, of course, London which has numary many picture spot.

Experience Tiger Airways to Bangkok

My second visit to Bangkok, why? because of ticket promo from Tiger Airways.
last time I got ticket in tottaly IDR 2mio which I consider cheap, but with Tiger I got cheaper IDR 1,5mio. Actually since tiger bought Mandala Air from Indonesia, the price could have been cheaper during promo time. yesterday my friend got IDR 750,000 on departure and return for free. I mean IDR 0,- isnt amazing?? Just check their promo.

Last first visit, I visit Chatuchak market as you can see in my previous blog. I also visit Madamme TUssaud which I havent share here. I visit Siam Paragon Mall, Grand Palace and wat Arun. Thats all, since so lil time and so many things to do.

In my second visit of course I re-visit Chatuchak, who wouldnt go there twice? right?
A high fashion market with cheapy price! Then at night I visited Asiatique, patpong just for a glance sight,. I went to Damnoen Saduak floating market, and also Grand Palace area without entering, Wat Pho, Siam mall for lunch and the new Terminal One.

Will tell later about all of them!

My experience using tiger airways: the flight is OK, standar the same with Air Asia.
Tiger Airways very punctual, boarding time is very accordingly and flying time also on time.
I order food: lasagna which taste OK. the flight attendance rather old but its ok. The service is nice for the price and the luggage price is reasonable same as AirAsia.

Overall I have a good experience with tiger airlines so far, thats why i bought another ticket to Medan for October trip!

HUG is Important

Do you know any research that HUG is very important?

Hugging is very relieving and can cure stress and also give a very comforting feeling.

That is why baby when they are afraid of someting they will look their mom and hug them.

Me personally, loves hug everyone that I care and that I love especially when they are in trouble. Giving a hug in the right time is much better than words.

 It can thrully show that you care personally to the person.

 During my worst time, I also looking for a hug and I found the best place after it, when I hug my man, my husband who is my best partner in life.

Bangkok : Chatuchak Market

What a fascinating market!
Yes, I run to this city on Friday Night, so first day in Bangkok we just rest at the hotel. Got up at 6 am in the morning, we took a shower and prepare my baby Zac for the trip - extra tshirt, wet tissued and diaper prepared.

i-residence hotel got it all in location. We didn't have breakfeast at the hotel because its not in the package that we bought. Just outside i-residence in front of Seven-Eleven they have food stall who sells breakfast, rice and vegetables and meat for only 30 bath!! (IDR 9,000) less than 1 dollar. So we bought that everyday except for the last day we had breakfast at the hotel for 200 baht/2 person-Yes so cheap.

At 8 am we took BTS Chong Nonsi paid for 20 baht and went down in Silom then change into MRT depart to Kamphaen Pet paid for 45 baht (its long trip). Finally we arrive in Chatuchak market around 9 am in the morning, there not much stall who is opened and people were still empty and yes we like it.

I bought Orange Juice(so fresh), and start our trip. There are so many thai massage offer also. We tasted the delicious Ketan Mango (try it for sure its 80 baht). Then we also ate Phat Thai very fresh, the shrimp was at their best in Bangkok! Durian? My husband ate is and told that is the best durian he taste. Thai tea, coconut ice cream we tasted all the food their selling. Yummi, really yummi all the food in Chatuchak weekend market.

How long we spent in this market? ONE DAY, from 9 am till 4 pm (near closing time).
What did I bought: Cloths, tshirt, dress, a lots of wallet and rings, jewelry, shoes we bought a lot of things!

Visit Chatuchak weekend market only on Sat-Sunday, and you'll never regret!

Air Asia to Bangkok

My baby is still 4 months old when I deliberately had a trip to Bangkok.
The Air Asia ticket I book for 8 months ahead when my baby is not yet born.
Amazing Thailand is really have amazing transportation city, but we'll get to that later.
It was 7 month ago i took AirAsia flight to Bangkok, that is run smooth I can tell, so I wonder why people sometime doubt this economic flight.

the ticket price is only IDR 1,5 mio cheap right? (my advise is book earlier to get cheaper price) compare to other airline. Lucky me.
Well, the plane is not airasia X so the seat is not as comfy when my trip to Seoul, but it worth the price.

At that time they only have one flight from Jakarta at 16:30 and return time from Bangkok was late at 23:00 (or something).

Unlike Garuda, AirAsia is provide online check in that so easy, so we can get boarding pass, booking seat at any time convinien. please check below is my boarding pass:

We depart on time at 16:35 on Friday from Terminal 3 (this is great other than terminal 2 hahaha).
Arrive in Bangkok and have a safe flight at 8:45 if im not mistaken.

Having a baby is really hard for some people but I learn the easiest key to have comforty travel with baby. During on boarding I push my baby to wake up and joke around make him laugh and baby Zac pretty happy. When take off, I  am breastfeeding him, in that way he fell no pain in his ears and prevent him from crying during the flight.

Just check this picture, he sleep very nicely, just dont forgot to bring small pillow for him and blanket of course.

Please have no hesitate to travel with your baby, 4 hours flight feels fine. So Now baby Zac is 13 months old, and now I will bring him again to Bkk, just wait my story.

Air Asia X Experience - Jakarta Seoul

Are you people sometimes worry to fly with Air Asia, especially with connecting flight?
Well dont be, I experienced they are well manage airlines.

We are very rare to hear good news about air asia despite the promotion they are famous about being late, delay or else ( I had experinced 3 hours delay with my flight from Jakarta to Singapore) but I think its depend the country you fly with. Let me tell you my story. ;)

The night before my flight I was freaking out, worrying about the delay or else can cause I miss my flight. Then I booked the travel insurance in case there is something uncomfort happen, but nothing was really happen that bad. All the fear is nonsense, from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur(KL) I took flight AK 381 depart at 8:30, I did the early check in before so that I only need to drop my luggage, which is I found out I had more than 5 kilo's then I expected, I need to pay around IDR 625.000 ( I never thought its going to weight since my luggage only full with food). From Jakarta, they are supposed boarding at 8:00 but they are late, so the flight late for 20 min, begin to worry about the connecting flight. My arrival time was 11:30 and connect to Incheon at 13:55. Thanks God I was having no problem in KL since the arrival and departure airport is so near only 2 minutes walk. Arrive at 11:40 KL time I hurry took line in immigration where i was the first line, and run heading to grab my luggage which I can see from far already on the escalator, I ran then grab it ontime!

No need to run to departure to drop mybag since its still last 2hours! So i drop my luggage then took my husband for lunch in Marrybrown, which I surprised this fastfood restaurant has more affordable price and Yummy menu then in Jakarta! I took Chick a licious while my husband ete Nasi marrybrown, his better at taste!

After eating we took D7 2682 to Seoul and the pre book meal was delicious, i got chicken barbeque and my husband got chicken kungpao! I am not sleeping at all inmyflight since I am so excited to see Seoul.. I met ahjussi n ahjumma eho actually has the same Belief as me. He was reading awake magazine the same as we do ;) and Wow wow look outside Ii feel like amazed by the view at night! I dont know whether it wad Incheon or Seoul but its spark so light just like swarovsky from above ;) Seoul here we go!!

On our return flight no problem has occured, Incheon Aiport was very discipline as nice as KL. I took taxi to reach Dong Incheon terminal then took the 36 Bus to Airport that drop us in front of departure gate. No Baggage checking in Incheon..yahooo!! we drop our baggage then go with internal train to another departure spot, fly comfortly to KL. We arrive in KL at 05:05 (on time) line in Immigration line then took our luggage (20mmin waiting) then run to drop our luggage. Stil got time we enjoy hot hazelnut chocolate for 12.9 MYR in Starbuck Airport and Dunkin Donuts. We fly on time and arrive on time also in jakarta Airport at 08 am. So we can reach to visit our friends wedding at 11 am.

So far we dont have problem to visit Korea, with Immigration or else.

Bintan Cabana Beach Resort - review

They have the best coffee brew ever!!
In the morning during my check out I sit in the breakfast area and wait the driver to pick me and drop me at the harbor/pier.
I took a black coffee with one tea spoon sugar, and Gee it taste so nice.
They brew a very delicate coffee that I might not get in Jakarta. I can't bring the coffee home, i am a coffee lover eventually and i regret that..

What am I talking about? Yea ya I write to give a good review about this hotel/inn. As a continue for our meeting in Batam (which I review holiday inn batam) we are finance team continue to have a pleasure in Bintan Island which only 1 hour by boat from Batam Island. But I just so fascinated with the coffee flavor..

After have a great lunch in RM Jawa Timur that taste really nice compare to hotel dinner in batam that taste awful we are heading to Bintan Cabana Resort.
Yaaayyy Beach time (I screamed loud). i love beach the calmity etc...

Totally as for the affordable price the hotel give a nice service. You dont got someone to drop you in your room, but the hotel room is wide enough(as you can see in the picture) but they dont have carpet perhaps because when you got out the room you will feel sand.

Its really clean, and the view was so nice directly to the sea. They have AC and warm water. The barbeque also nice and the food price was not that expensive. Too bad their karaoke room is broken but if you want to hang out late they have pool-billiard pool.
